The Optimist On-Deck gear bags and their tracks

This awesome on-deck gear bag is made of water repellant, high-teck sail cloth. Each On-Deck Gear bag has a bolt rope, sewn on its back, which slides into a pre-drilled, pvc (plastic) track which is also included... this is very kewl! See the track installed in the picture.

The Opti On-Deck Gear Bag is approximately 8" x 8" x 8". and has three pockets; a bottle pocket, a sleeve pocket for sailing instructions or notes, and a inner zippered pocket which will hold your spray top and lunch.

The Opti Bag and its track are designed to go between the air bladders, on the mast step just off the floor. Included in your package will be two self taping screws to secure the track to the mast step.

Included inside the bag are more detailed installation instructions on how to install the track.

This bag will help you be self sufficient, as well as keep your gear out of the bilge during training or adventure sailing. When racing and if you have a coach, simply slide the bag out and give it to your coach. The coaches would love all of his/her sailors to be so neatly organized!

Whats unigue about your Opti Bag is that each bag has a bolt rope, sewn on its back, which slides into a pre-drilled, pvc (plastic) track, which is also included ... this is very kewl! Though this bag can be glued anywhere, like the centerboard well, it is designed to fit just below the mast step between the two air bags. off the boat's bottom. Here's how you install it. First you glue or screw the pvc(plastic) track on to the seat just below the mast step , and then slide the bag right in its track. The air bags keep this Opti-Perfect bag in place. Its easy!
